This web site was launched on September 1, 2009. The By-Laws are now complete and were approved by the membership at the business meeting in Atlanta in August of 2010. All the main articles are in place and will not be changed unless the Board of Directors decides otherwise and the membership approves the changes at an annual meeting. These By-Laws have been written mainly to protect the membership and then the organization. These By-Laws have been verified so they do not conflict with any state or federal law. As always, there is a process to make changes to these By-Laws. If any member sees anything within these By-Laws that is known to be illegal or improper, please bring it to our attention via the "Suggestion Box."
