This web site is being launched now because the hotel contracts were just signed on August 25, 2009. The By-Laws still have some fine tuning to be completed. All the main articles are in place and will not be changed unless the Board of Directors decides otherwise. These By-Laws have been written mainly to protect the membership and then the organization. You may see some very minor adjustments as every word is verified to be appropriate and so none of these By-Laws conflict with any state or federal law. There is no intention of adding additional articles or sections to any articles. As always, there is a process to make changes to these By-Laws. If any member sees anything within these By-Laws that is known to be illegal or improper please bring it to our attention via the "Suggestion Box."
