           The Saturday night banquet will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Below is a list of menu entree choices. Please select one of these items on your sign-up sheet. 


NOTE: If you have any dietary needs, or restrictions, please circle the large Green D on your sign-up sheet and indicate your dietary needs or restrictions on the back of the sign-up sheet. We will make a copy of your instructions and provide it to the chef prior to your arrival in San Diego. When you arrive at the banquet, you must make your server aware of your special needs.
